His expertise lies in enhancing product yields, developing advanced processes like N3/N5/N10 FinFET and GaN HEMT, applying statistical process control techniques, implementing machine learning solutions, and driving automation efforts.
Currently, he serves as a Product Engineer at Intel, leading the high-volume manufacturing of the Lunar Lake CPU platform, driving yield improvements through rigorous process, test program optimization, and FA with the foundry partners and cross-functional teams. Leveraging statistical methods and machine learning techniques and enabling proactive issue prediction and prevention.
Prior to Intel, Nick held key roles at TSMC, leading product integration and yield enhancement initiatives across FinFET (N5/N10) and GaN platforms.
He is well-versed in programming languages and data analysis tools, enabling him to develop efficient solutions and derive valuable insights from complex data sets.
