• Over ten years of experience in FINI equity services, including strong client service skills, confirmation, client onboarding and trade settlement together with compliance and supporting technology.
• Effective decision-making, clear verbal and written communications, escalation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload under pressure and to challenging deadlines.
• Strong zeal to learn ongoing stream of new markets, products, and processes.
• Fluent in Mandarin; Conversational Proficiency in English
• Licenses: Certified Senior Securities Specialist/ Certified Trust Specialist/ Certified Bank Internal Control and Audit
